These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tbaej platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on tbaej, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and tbaej. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Access to tbaej is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Creating an account while underage is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tbaej account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension without notice.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions which are stated clearly at the point of offer. tbaej does not apply hidden conditions to bonuses after they have been claimed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tbaej will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your password or OTP codes.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tbaej website, including its betting, casino, and live gaming services. The Terms are effective from the date shown above and supersede all prior versions. tbaej reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, tbaej will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By accessing the tbaej platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the tbaej website, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.
tbaej operates as an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. The platform currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified. Any reference to "tbaej", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refers to the tbaej platform and its operating entity. Any reference to "you", "the player", or "the user" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the tbaej platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
The tbaej platform is intended exclusively for adult players. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager on tbaej. This requirement applies regardless of the laws of your local jurisdiction — even if online gambling is permitted for younger individuals in a particular territory, the minimum age on tbaej is 18 without exception.
By registering an account, you warrant and represent to tbaej that you are 18 years of age or older. tbaej reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in the suspension of your account until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use tbaej:
- You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, company, or third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tbaej employee or contractor.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which it is unlawful for you to do so. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before using tbaej.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the tbaej platform under any self-exclusion arrangement or disciplinary closure.
- You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds — you are not acting as an agent for any third party, and you are not depositing funds on behalf of another person.
tbaej takes its obligations around underage access extremely seriously. If you believe a minor may have accessed a tbaej account, contact [email protected] immediately. tbaej cooperates fully with any investigation into underage account usage and will close and void any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of tbaej services — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree that all information provided at registration is true, complete, and current, and you undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, device IDs, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where tbaej identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice, any balances held across those accounts may be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tbaej will never ask you for your password via email or live chat. If you receive a communication requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and notify tbaej immediately at [email protected].
tbaej offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA. 2FA is automatically triggered on logins from unrecognised devices as a security measure. tbaej will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or arising from your sharing of credentials with a third party.
Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. KYC may also be triggered for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations.
Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any point during account use is a breach of these Terms. tbaej may require you to re-verify your identity at any time. Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed at tbaej's discretion.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
tbaej supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice. tbaej does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals on any supported payment method, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, and these limits are detailed in the Payments section of the tbaej platform. tbaej reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum limits at any time.
All funds deposited into your tbaej account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use a payment method that you are not the authorised holder of. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated tbaej account will be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification. KYC-verified players experience the fastest withdrawal processing times. tbaej targets processing of all withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the platform documentation, but reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing funds, which may extend the processing time.

tbaej will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that was not used for a deposit on the account, unless the original payment method is no longer available. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, the player must contact [email protected] to arrange an alternative withdrawal route, which will be subject to additional identity verification. All withdrawal requests are final once submitted — tbaej cannot cancel or reverse a withdrawal that has entered the processing queue.
5. Bonus and Promotions Policy
tbaej offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, eligible games or markets, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms when a player opts in to a promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all tbaej promotions:
- Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution percentages are listed in the specific promotion terms.
- Time limit: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
- One bonus per player: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit it. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
- Abuse detection: tbaej uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotions. Where abuse is identified, tbaej reserves the right to void bonus funds, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and close the associated account.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at ten times (10x) the original bonus value.
tbaej reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes cancelling a promotion mid-cycle if tbaej determines that the promotion has been materially misrepresented, exploited, or is otherwise operating contrary to its intended purpose. Players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions prior to any cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the tbaej platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tbaej and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point, including false identity documents, false age declarations, or false address information.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts, including by using different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses to circumvent account limits or to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
- Collusion and match-fixing — engaging in or facilitating any arrangement with other players or external parties to manipulate the outcome of a bet, game, or sporting event.
- Exploiting software errors — using any software bug, glitch, exploit, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. You are required to notify tbaej immediately at [email protected] if you discover any such error.
- Using automated tools — operating bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that generates bets without direct human input, unless the platform explicitly permits such tools in a given context.
- Money laundering — using the tbaej platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds or for any other money-laundering purpose. tbaej is required by its anti-money-laundering obligations to report suspicious account activity to the relevant authorities.
- Abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at tbaej staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider on a deposit that was made to tbaej in good faith. Where a chargeback is initiated, tbaej will suspend the associated account pending investigation and may pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available legal means.
tbaej monitors account activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, tbaej will take appropriate action which may include voiding bets, withholding funds, suspending or permanently closing the account, and reporting the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
tbaej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tbaej has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to tbaej, other players, or third parties, or where tbaej is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity, multi-account operation, bonus abuse, use of prohibited automated betting tools, and chargeback initiation.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, tbaej may withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, tbaej reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, or where the player is found not to have been the cause of the issue, any withheld funds will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.
Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any balance held in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no breach of these Terms is outstanding.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims are permitted. tbaej will make reasonable efforts to honour self-exclusion requests but cannot guarantee that access will be blocked in all circumstances (for example, if a player uses a new device or clears their browser data). 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbaej, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tbaej platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: platform downtime, delays in payment processing, errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
tbaej makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds, game results, and account balances displayed on the platform. However, where a manifest error occurs — including but not limited to erroneous odds published due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — tbaej reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and to correct any resulting account balances. A "manifest error" is defined as an error so obvious that any reasonable person would have recognised it as incorrect at the time the bet was placed.
tbaej does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, or circumstances beyond tbaej's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, government-imposed access restrictions, acts of God, or third-party service failures) may result in temporary platform unavailability. tbaej will not be liable for any losses or missed betting opportunities arising from such unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tbaej's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
